Ing. Nikola Rosecká is Ph.D. student at the Department of Strategy, Faculty of Business Administration, Prague University of Economics and Business. She specializes in family businesses, with the doctoral dissertation focusing on conflicts in family firms. She is the author and co-author of six publications and conference papers in the field of family businesses, mainly focused on conflicts, role of non-family managers, long-term orientation and CSR. In addition to academic activity and research projects, she focuses on insolvency proceedings and work as credit risk specialist in bank industry.
